The Ray of Hope Foundation was founded in 2003 by Dr. Teresa F. Gipson, a Family Physician with over ten years of experience working with vulnerable, underserved populations in the U.S. and abroad.
Ray of Hope is a registered 501c(3) charitable organization. All donations are tax deductible.
